A LITTLE ABOUT LINDSAY
Why I do what I do
As soon as I could hold a crayon, I was writing stories. That passion for creating alternate worlds transformed into creating better worlds. I started drawing inspiration from academic journals, life experience, and people much smarter than me to form new insights — and write them in an incredibly digestible format.
Professionally, I am a behavioral scientist specialize in employee motivation and morale. A frequent speaker at industry events (over 50 appearances), I love transforming scientific insights to tangible, actionable ideas people can actually use. My writing appears in a wide variety of industry publications, including Harvard Business Review, HRDirector, Forbes, Workforce, CorpComms Magazine, and Human Resources Executive. I hold a MSc in Behavioral Science from The London School of Economics.
I'm currently on a mission to transform how companies treat their people. To that end, I'm writing "Dissenters: How workplace rebels are made — and will change the world," under representation with Curtis Brown. Come follow the journey of our dissenters over on substack, where my handle is: dissentersatwork.
The blog below contains highlights of my writing in behavioral science, employee engagement, health and life.
